Emmanuel Day School Substance Abuse Policy

The Emmanuel Day School will NEVER release, and is prohibited by law to release a child to a parent/guardian/caregiver or anyone who is suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are suspected of having had an alcoholic drink/or seem disorientated in some way at the time of pick up of your child we will phone a local taxi cab company for you. If you refuse we will be forced to phone the Newport Police Dept. of your intentions to drive.
