Emmanuel Day School Enrollment Procedures

Enrollment at The Emmanuel Day School is on a first come first basis. Our program is divided into groupings of two. Juniors and Seniors are separated by age, and correspond to when the child will be entering Kindergarten.

If your child will not be eligible for Kindergarten within two or less years and thus will be with us for longer than two years, (Juniors, 3 years old by September 1, Seniors tuning 4 by September 1), it will be to the parents’ discretion as to when your child will start in the program as the child may need to repeat the next full school year in the Junior program. The Senior program is grouped and designed strictly to meet the demands of the Pre-K student starting Kindergarten the following September.

Once you have decided that The Emmanuel Day School is the right place for your family to begin the Preschool years please fill out our registration materials by downloading them from our registration forms page, or by phoning our Parish Administrator, 401.847.0675 or 401.847.7444.

Children’s immunization records must be completed by your physician before your child begins school. (No exceptions will be made, and parents are responsible for any time missed at school due to this).

The Emmanuel Day School requires a $75 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is to ensure your space before tuition payments become due, and may be applied to your last month at The Emmanuel Day School.

Although you can mail back the information needed at any time, we encourage you to make an appointment to bring your packet in and meet with our Parish Administrator, our Director, Dawn M. Grinnell, or the Rev. Gregory Cole. We’d love to meet with you in advance!

The Emmanuel Day School requires a one month notice to withdraw a student. Your deposit will be refunded if proper notice is given, and is subject to behavioral and other types of dismissal discussed on this site.
