Communication with Emmanuel Day School

Please check our website frequently for future events, recent photos, and parent club information. The entire EDS handbook is available online. Also the NEWS page has all recent and future events posted. All materials handed out at school are posted to the website on a regular basis.

School cancellations due to snowstorms, and any other last minute cancellation are also posted immediately, SO…if in doubt always check there first.

Otherwise, telephone communication is done two ways: the EDS telephone number is 401.847.7444 and the church telephone number is 401.847.0675.

Our parish administrator, Leah Caron, answers both lines Tuesday-Friday during the school year, from 9 am - 1 pm.

If you need to get in touch with Miss Dawn before 9 am or after 1 pm, please call the church line and hit prompt #4 for her direct voice mail.This voice mail is always checked before school begins and after 2:15pm.

Miss Dawn is also always reachable via email through the website, (but not while school is in session as she is teaching). All efforts are made to respond to emails in a timely fashion.

If you do not receive an immediate response, it usually means Miss Dawn is not in the office (evening, weekend, etc.) or the school is closed.

If it is a school day, and during school hours you can either speak with Leah, or leave Miss Dawn a voice mail. She is usually at Emmanuel Church M-F, 7:45-5, Wednesday evening 5-8pm, and Sunday mornings from 8:30-12:30.
